University’s Quality Policy
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of UCHS is dedicated to promoting and maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence, clinical competence, and research integrity. The QEC is committed to implementing a robust quality assurance framework that aligns with national and international benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement in all academic and administrative processes.
It aims to foster a culture of quality by regularly monitoring and evaluating the performance of teaching faculty, curriculum relevance, student assessment, and institutional governance. Through regular feedback from stakeholders—including students, faculty, alumni, and employers—the QEC ensures that educational programs remain responsive to the evolving needs of the healthcare sector. Additionally, the QEC supports capacity-building initiatives, encourages evidence-based practices, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards set by accrediting bodies. Ultimately, the QEC strives to cultivate a student-centered learning environment that produces ethically responsible, professionally competent, and socially accountable medical graduates.
